1 Has anybody managed to get one of these working on a Mac or anything for that matter. Strangely, after a couple of reboots, I get the same "please connect a razer synapse 2.0 enabled device" message when I open Synapse. Thread starter Washac Start date Sort by reaction score Forums. A balloon notification said that Synapse recognized the Deathadder 2013 and it finally shows up Synapse again. Installed Synapse using the keyboard, rebooted and then plugged in the mouse while Synapse was already loaded and opened. I've uninstalled Synapse, restarted the pc, before Windows could start up I unplugged the mouse. I've had the mouse for a few months and I've never faced this issue.
So far nothing has worked.īefore formatting Windows 7, I had the same issue but only very recently (I'd say in the last 2 weeks). I've already tryed uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse, repairing Synapse and different usb ports. When I open Synapse, it says "please connect a razer synapse 2.0 enabled device". So, when right clicking the tray icon, it shows my mouse with an arrow that should open a submenu (with the profiles), but when I do click it, the arrow disappears and no submenu opens.
When Synapse is installed, the mouse still works and it looks as if my profile settings are actually being applied, because when I right click the tray icon, it shows my mouse. My mouse (Razer Deathadder 2013) is recognized by Windows in all the usb ports.
I've done the usual, installing drivers and what not, but I'm having a problem with Razer Synapse. I have average sized male 19/9cm (7.5/3.5inches) hands and never had a problem with uncomfortable mice before, even the cheap no brand store ones.I've recently formatted my pc, to reinstall Windows 7. also the 2 buttons are somewhat merged with a small indentation but not clear separate so it's harder to use in general for me. On my deathadder my default resting position the tip of my thumb is in between the side buttons so I have to stretch my thumb out (instead of bend like before) which actually feels really uncomfortable after a while. also very clear feel on which button is selected. the biggest problem is on the left/thumb side the side buttons are awkwardly positioned for me, every mouse I ever owned so far in my normal most comfortable position the tip of my thump was pretty much aligned with the top sidebutton and I would just bend it slightly to press the bottom/back button. However once that on broke I thought I'd look up mice a bit and get a proper one for once and the deathadder had pretty good reviews so I ordered one however it is really uncomfortable and feels unnatural. Also used a MX1000 for a while but that one died and recently just bought random 10 dollar mouse from where I get my groceries and it was fine too. I had a logitech MX500, MX510 and MX518 for god knows how long, at least 10 years or so. Usually never looked up mice just bought what looked decent at local stores. I game regularly but not hardcore competitively. Never really cared much for specific mice.
